At The Science Classroom, we take pride in the quality of our products. Because each item is made to order, we only accept returns or replacements for items that arrive damaged or defective.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives with a defect, misprint, or damage, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue. Once reviewed, we will gladly send a replacement at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Incorrect size selection

• Buyer’s remorse

• Normal wear and tear
